The War on Fleas
Products can be applied once a month to the pet's coat to repel and kill adult fleas. These products actually are absorbed into the hair follicle and are "wicked-out" slowly over time, hence still effective after bathing. Other medications when given orally once a month can prevent the eggs of the flea from hatching thereby interrupting the flea's life cycle. These products are only available through your veterinarian. |
